True Plug and Play Control Box!
We put everything into a control box,and add EMI Filter to avoid Electromagnetic interference,and also many switchs to add.this is a PRO control box which use close-loop stepper drivers.
For normal controllers,such as Blackbox and V5,they are just part plug and play,they only Integrated normal stepper drivers inside box, you still need to wiring from controller to VFD,VFD to spindle,stepper motors to Controller, power supply to Controller etc.., and easy to damage caused by wrong ports and wrong wiring.So these controller may need professional persons to use it.
Different with these normal controllers,our control box is Fully integrated，and all use Aviation plugs to replace xtension connectors,just insert,boot up,then work! It is a best choice for novices or professionals!
The control box will Loaded on all CNC machines including but not limited to QueenAnt,QueenBee,WorkBee,Bellwether,Lead CNC,C-Beam,Mini mill etc.
