The Necessary Reason To Upgrade

WorkAnt is a popular and well‑designed CNC machine that uses a V‑wheel system for assembling the X, Y, and Z axes to roll. Anyone who has assembled a machine knows that it is not easy to adjust the wheels to achieve balanced forces on all sides. Moreover, the V‑wheel system can only bear forces in a single direction. When you install a heavy spindle on the Z‑axis or apply load on the X‑axis, the wheels are insufficient to support the weight, and long‑term uneven force distribution can cause bending in both the X‑ and Z‑axes.

And YUYONG INDUSTRY identified the problem, analysed it, and actively sought solutions. As a result, we adopted taller and thicker plates combined with upgraded linear guides to increase the rigidity of the linear guide system, making the machine more stable while reducing bending in the X‑ and Z‑axes. This allows the machine to support heavier components and larger dimensions.

On the other hand, the QueenBee ULTRA, when milling soft metals like aluminium or other materials, delivers smooth and precise surface finishes through its stability, greatly reducing the tool deflection (or vibration) that occurs with V‑wheel operation. This opens up more possibilities for higher speeds and higher feed rates.

Lubricant for the bearings is applied when they are manufactured however routine maintenance and re-lubricating is recommended, especially in high dust applications such as MDF.
