Chain Bundle
In many cases, if cables are directly exposed to the outside, they will soon wear out, become damaged, or be compromised due to various factors, and may even pose safety hazards. This cable drag chain system is designed to protect the wiring of the CNC machine. It not only extends the service life of the cables but also offers many advantages. It is a dynamic cable protection system, and each individual link of the cable drag chain can be opened—a feature not available in smaller drag chains. Furthermore, if needed, you can shorten or lengthen the drag chain by removing or adding links.
Two Spindle Bundles For You To Choose: Air Spindle Bundle or Water Spindle Bundle
The Air Spindle Bundle:
Advantages:Lighter weight; no need for radiators, water pumps, thermostats, coolant, or hoses.
Disadvantages: Cannot warm up quickly, nor maintain a constant engine temperature. Performance and emissions are affected in extreme climates, whether very cold or very hot. Additional fuel is required for proper operation.
The Water Spindle Bundle
Advantages:Warm up faster than air-cooled designs and better maintain engine temperature, which helps preserve engine performance and emissions.
Disadvantages: Increased engine weight, as well as the added weight from cooling system components such as radiators, water pumps, coolant, and hoses.
